It never rains....

.....it pours! Well it did yesterday afternoon after the beautiful
cedar tongue & groove was laid on the beautiful cedar beams....but
before the steel was put on top....so now rain delay while cedar dries
out....but the fresh wet cedar smells sooooo good!

Alfredo thinks I should put a ladder up the side and just call it a
roof deck anyway.....

Ordered fridge and stove this morning....which gives me two weeks to
figure out where to put them!

It's always something...

Where have all the workman gone???
We ran out of the special order western red cedar so they think they
might know someone that has some spare hanging around....otherwise
awning looks great!

Not as far along as I expected...

....but I think Alfredo was waiting for me to make a couple of
decisions.... important fascia board questions ...plants are doing
ok...I stole some prickly pear from absentee neighbor last time and
its doing better than some of the other stuff that's a but older...
Might get me some more of that!!!!

Alfredo says the roofing steel will arrive today...he's started working on cedar beams and hopes to have finished by time I arrive Saturday afternoon!
